The reason for this app to only work on a rooted phone is Because of your device stores WiFi passwords when you connect to a new WiFi network. And your phone is not able to access the passwords and retrieve them unless you have super-user permissions. To root your phone you use the KingRoot app.
And if your phone is already rooted then you just need to download and install the app. Do this by clicking the download button. Open the app after the install and give it the required access to stored WiFi networks on your device to retrieve passwords. After that just type, the name of the network. And Wi-Fi password Show will give you the required SSID and Password.
